Vintage Silk Kimono Bunting

Craft Project: Vintage Silk Kimono Bunting

I bought a pack of vintage kimono fabric scraps a while back and finally this week got around to doing something with it. It was quite a task unpicking it all, cutting it into pennants, pinning and sewing the pennants, turning them and ironing them and finally sewing them into lengths of bias binding. Reckon they’ll be going on sale at the next Smug Cow market outing… whenever that may be!

Thanks Wenders! I don’t have an etsy shop, I went for Big Cartel instead. Maybe I should have both, hmmm.

Etsy is great Celia, it is all either handmade or vintage stuff, I used to have a shop and sold a few bits, but now with the boy it is harder to find the time!
There is also folksy but i think you will have to come home for that as it certainly started out as British only sellers.
